Welcome to SMART CHOICE STORE. By visiting our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Advance Payment & Ordering Model

• SMART CHOICE STORE operates strictly on an Advance Payment model for local deliveries across Pakistan. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

• All secure online payments are processed safely through Safepay via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Credit/Debit Cards.

• An order is only considered confirmed once the payment is fully authorized and received through our payment gateway.

3. Order Verification & Processing

• After receiving your advance payment, our support team may contact you via WhatsApp or SMS to verify your shipping details before forwarding the order to our warehouse partner (HHC Dropshipping).

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the product is temporarily out of stock at our supplier's hub. In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. SMART CHOICE STORE is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by courier operational issues, weather conditions, or strikes.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number and complete home address, for all purchases made at our store so that we can fulfill your orders successfully.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

5-Day Return & Refund Policy
At SMART CHOICE STORE, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 5-Day Checking Warranty under the following strict terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are ONLY accepted if:

• The product is damaged during transit or arrives broken.

• The product has a manufacturing defect or does not work.

• You received the wrong item, size, or variant.

Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for a "change of mind" after the product has been delivered in perfect working condition.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Required

To prevent fraud, customers MUST record a complete unboxing video while opening the courier parcel for the first time.

• The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the item inside the package.

• If a product is claimed to be damaged or defective, this unboxing video must be shared with our support team as proof. Without a valid video proof, no return or refund request will be entertained.

3. How to Start a Return

• You must contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 5 days of receiving your delivery.

• Once approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our supplier's warehouse.

• Return Shipping Charges will be paid by the customer.

4. Refunds

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Easypaisa/JazzCash/Bank Account) within 3-5 working days via Safepay.
